| It only means your body is getting *ready* to have periods... and your first might be only a few weeks away or might not happen for another two years or more. There's no way to tell: every girl is different. | My period ended a week ago and I started a very heavy bleeding and clots what is wrong? My period ended a week ago exactly, a day before my period i stopped taking the pill b/c my period was supposed to come. My husband and I had unprotected sex and he pulled out. The next day I got my period and it lasted 6 days like normal. I then started taking the pill again the day after it ended. It has now been a week since it's my period has ended and a couple days ago I was experiencing sharp pains in my lower abdomen and some mild back pain. It went away and now this morning while at work I felt a dull pain in my stomach and had hot flashes and then felt like my pantys were all wet. I ran to the bathroom and there was blood in my pantys. After I peed I got up and seen a couple quarter sized clots and a lot of blood. I cleaned up and put a tampon in and filed a super size tampon in less than an hour...I am curious as to what is going on? My husband and I have also had sex a couple more times since my period has ended....Has this ever happened to anyone else?? |
| This could be plenty of thing but most of those things are not normal. Random periods mid-cycle could be a variety of complications from uterine cancer to endometriosis to complication with the pill to ectopic pregnancies. You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. |
