| I feel really worthless.? I'm a teenage girl, 13 of age. I'm best friends with an absolutely stunning, amazing girl. She is classified as the 'hottest girl in the grade'. Everywhere I go with her, she looks beautiful and everyone comments saying she is 'hot' and all. Of course she is, and she does modelling. Me, on the other hand. I'm plain. I have acne. The only thing I have, is a good body. But then everyone just calls me a 'prawn', which means good body bad head. I learn to deal with it, as it is who I am. But seriously, it kills me inside to be with her. She is perfect. She has issues with her body, and no body else in the world can see why. She wants my body, when I just wish I could even look a little like her. She has guys from every ******* grade asking her out, asking to hang out with her, asking to hook up with them. I'm the little social retard who gets to hear every single day about the guys that asked her out each night. The real thing that pisses me off, she even treats all these guys like ****. She doesn't reply to them on chat, leaving them there for hours trying to figure out why she won't talk to them. She messes with their minds. She's also a *****. She judges every guy in the most horrible ways. 'Ew, his hair is too "asiany". His has a bad face. He isn't blonde. He isn't tanned. He's fat.' I could go on forever about the things she says. I, on the other hand, always talk to everyone who talks to me, regardless of their 'popularity' status. I'm the nice one out of the two of us. (or so I've heard). She gets more guys than me. She gets more attention than me. She gets more compliments than me. She gets nicer and more expensive clothes than me. I am so utterly jealous of her and I don't know what to do. I do hide it, and whenever she says 'Ew, I look gross.' My response is "If you think you look gross, then I look like a piece of ****." And the worst thing, I get compared to her. All the time. I could never be at the same standard as her, even close to how she is. I hide it inside. All the anger, jealousy and even loathe I have towards her. But I also love her very much. We are always the pair, the two of us. No one can tear us apart. But when someone says who's hotter, A or B? (her being A, I being B) They always choose A. Always. Never has someone chosen me over her. I am put down. Ignored. Referred to as 'A's best friend' No one even knows my name. My male best friends even choose her over me, just to get with her, to try to hook up with her, when I am the one who is always there, ready to listen, ready to help. And the even worst part, I can't do **** about it. It will always stay as it is. It will never change. If someone, could help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. |
| get over it... lol jk But seriously, don't compare yourself with her. There are always people better/prettier then you in some way. Try to think about people who are disabled, lost their hands, legs or even face being destroyed after an accident etc... Be confident on yourself ;D Maybe we could be friends and chat sometime?
