How much does it cost to go to a salon n get quite a big bleach blonde strip underneath my fringe? helpp!:) i just need to no how much its going to cost to go to a hairdressing salon to have just a bleach blonde strip underneath my fringe?
i have quite dark brown hair at the moment.. |
totally depends on the salon where you get it done
but i would imagine anywhere from 7-50 dollars from my experiences with salons. (i've gone to cheap ones and expensive ones) |
My hair is a dark brown color with blonde highlights what can I buy at a store to strip the blonde out? What can I buy at the store to strip the blonde out of my hair? I want to just dye it one color ... dark brown. |
| You don't need to strip the blonde out, there's nothing there to strip. Just dye your whole head the color you want. |
Can I put blonde highlights on fresh medium brown dye? Will it strip? FYI: natural hair colour/roots are deep brown. Hair before I dyed it was medium brown with red wash out on top of blonde highlights and I want to get that back...the red highlights
SO. I just dyed my hair the base medium brown and I want to put in the blonde highlights asap.
Can I do that right after putting in the brown or do I need to wait a few days for it to work?
This is all done at home with box colour so I basically want to know if the blonde (bleach) will strip the fresh brown dye.
Thanks! |
| Yes it would strip it, but it might not strip it right especially from a box. Usually it turns brassy. If you want to get blonde highlights, go to a salon to make sure it turns out the way you want. |
Does color oops strip dyed blonde hair like a normal color stripper? my hair is naturally blonde, but i dyde it dark and now its back blonde but a weird color and i was wondering if it will "color strip" the dyed blonde? |
OOPS has NO Bleach or ammonia in it and it says so right on the box. So whoever said it it is a bleach, does not know the facts at all plus says she is a hair stylist . ANYWAY.... What it does do is "shrink" the dye molecules in the hair dye. In other words it breaks the color molecules and thus removing the "color" from your hair. It will probably remove any dye left in your hair. After you use it though, you must 're-dye' to give your hair back a color....in your case, I guess a blonde. Try a neutral or beige blonde to eliminate brassiness or green hues sometimes resulting when ash colors are used. Good luck.
Edit: going to a salon is really your best bet, if you can. |
I have a thick blonde strip of bleach blonde in my hair, can i dye it straight to a bright bright red? atm, my hair is dark brown with a platinum blonde strip through it, but i'm wanting to dye it really bright red.
just wondering if the red over the blonde will go a kindof pinky/orange colour, like a reaction thing?
if so, should i dye it light brown or something before putting the red onto it?
:D |
i bleached a part of my hair before dying it bright red, and it did go bright red.
did last quite a while but when it faded it went a pinky colour and wouldn't bleach out, so i had to dye it brown afterwards.
but i guess it all depends on the dye you use. |
How do I strip platinum blonde out of my naturally brown hair without going to the store? It's not that I dont like it or it doesn't look good I just miss my brown hair lol Anyways my friend said mix eggs and mayonaise which is what she does to pull color out she doesnt like but she said since my hair is so blonde it might turn it orange and I dont wanna chance that..I read somewhere dish detergent would work... I just wanna get this out ASAP! |
| you cant do that you bleached the brown out you have to dye it back to brown |
How can i strip the blonde out of my hair? I have naturaly brown hair and i recently highlighted it with blonde. I want to go back to my NATURAL color. How do i remove the blonde out of my hair? |
I Was exactly the same! I Got blonde highlights and I wanted it back brown so go to your hair dressers, ask for a hair colour chart of brown hair and pick the one that is closest to your natural colour.

How to strip old blonde dye from my hair? Back in February of this year I dyed my hair blonde. It was fine for a while, but now I would really like to get it back to my natural color which is a light/med. brown. Is there a product that I can use that will remove the blonde coloring or am I going to have to dye it over again? I really don't want to dye it anymore, I just want my natural color back. |
At the risk of losing my man card...
What you need to do is dye firstly with a semi-permanent red, before dyeing with your natural colour. This stops your hair getting that greenish tinge that is so common when trying to darken blonded hair.
Blonde is a lack of pigment in the first place, so you don't need to strip that out. |
How can I strip or atleast lighten my blonde hair without dye? I've tried over and over again to dye my hair to the closest possible shade to my natural light blonde hair color, but each time I try it's either to dark or too light. Is there any way that I can naturally strip or lighten my hair with out using anymore chemicals or dye? Right now my hair is about a golden blonde. |
| Spray lemon juice in your hair and sit in the sun. It'll lighten your hair. |
How do I strip Dyed Blonde hair? My sister needs to take the Blonde outof her hair....She has natural light brown hair & doesn't want to hurt her hair but would like it to go back to her hair color, with out spending alot. |
| You cannot strip blonde out of hair...It has been lifted/bleached to that color...Now you can only A. Let it grow out or B. deposit color back into it making it her natural or close to natural color. Depositing color isn't as bad for your hair as bleaching...Seek professional help, it will look better! |
